Make a Change to Your Policy

If you need to make a change to your policy, please contact us on 01344 452 233 and select option 3. Our Customer Service agents will be able to help you add or a remove a driver, change a vehicle and make any other changes to your policy. Please refer to our Terms of Business for information about our fees and charges.

Upload your Proof of No Claims Bonus

In order to process your No Claims Discount information please ensure that:

  • The No Claims Discount is the official document, on letter headed paper and showing all 4 corners of the page.
  • The No Claims Bonus Certificate should show the start and end date of your previous policy and the number of years of No Claims Bonus.
  • The No Claims Bonus must have been earnt on a Taxi Policy
  • The No Claims Bonus Certificate must be in the Policy holders name.
  • It is an actual No Claims Bonus Certificate or invitation to renewal, not a policy summary.
  • The No Claims Bonus Certificate is sent to us after the policy has expired.

Policy Cancellation

You can cancel your annual insurance policy at any time, you will be charged by the insurer on a pro rata basis for the time you have been on cover. Please note, if a claim is made against the policy, you will be liable for the whole premium. Please refer to our Terms of Business for more information and cancelling optional add-on products (the Keycare add-on is non-refundable).

If you wish to cancel your annual insurance policy or an optional add-on product, please complete the form below; your request will be processed, and you will receive confirmation by email.

If a refund is due, dependant on the amount, this will be refunded back to either the card we hold on file or by faster payments direct to your bank account.

Make a Complaint

It is our intention to always provide a high level of service. However, we recognise that things can go wrong occasionally and if this occurs, we are committed to resolving matters promptly and fairly.

If you are unhappy with the service or quality of your insurance product, please contact our customer service team in the first instance and we will try to put things right. Alternatively, if you wish to make a complaint you can do so by using any of the methods below.

Request No Claim’s Bonus

To request your proof of No Claim’s Bonus (NCB), please complete the form below and we will aim to provide your no claims bonus proof by close of business (COB) the next working day after your request is received.

Please note, your policy must have lapsed or been cancelled for this document to be provided.

Auto Renewal Opt Out

Should you purchase a policy which is subject to an automatic renewal, you can exercise your right to stop your policy from automatically renewing. This can be done at any time during the policy term by completing the form below.
