Make a Change to Your Policy
If you need to make a change to your policy, please contact us on 01344 452 233 and select option 3. Our Customer Service agents will be able to help you add or a remove a driver, change a vehicle and make any other changes to your policy. Please note all mid-term adjustments are subject to a non-refundable £40.00 admin fee, plus any change in premium requested by your Insurer.
You can cancel your annual insurance policy at any time, you will be charged by the insurer on a pro rata basis for the time you have been on cover. Please note, if a claim is made against the policy, you will be liable for the whole premium. Flag Insurance will retain their commission on any returned premium and apply a £40.00 administration charge.
You can cancel your optional add-on products at any time. If no claim has been made against the liability insurance add-on, you will receive a pro rata refund from the Insurer. Please note if you have made a claim or reported an incident which may give rise to a claim under these policies, your insurer will retain the whole premium. Should you cancel your motor insurance policy your optional add-on products will be cancelled as well.
Please note, Keycare cover has a cooling off period of 14 days, which means you can cancel the product at any time during this period and receive a full refund, providing no claim has been made against the product. If you cancel outside the cooling off period there will be no refund in premium.

If a refund is due, dependant on the amount, this will be refunded back to either the card we hold on file or by faster payments direct to your bank account.

Make a Complaint

Request No Claim’s Bonus
To request your proof of No Claim’s Bonus (NCB), please complete the form below and we will aim to provide your no claims bonus proof by close of business (COB) the next working day after your request is received.
